(Thursday 7/19)
Our last full day together started with us all meeting outside our rooms in the hall to walk up to the reindeer together - thank goodness because there is no way my confused self would find it on my own - I am so bad with directions and finding my way. Eventually, after still struggling a bit, we found the reindeer (and weren't too incredibly late). We took our group pictures to wrap up the program :-( and headed towards town.
We ate at that place with the yummy Caribbean food and for the life of me I can't remember what it's called. I think I even forgot the name a couple times while we were there I just struggled with it for some unknown reason. I got chicken with creamy jerk sauce, rice, and a side salad, and a little piece of fried plantain. The appetizers were really yummy as well - I had a couple of the ribs and the meat just fell right off! I also had a berry smoothie that was super tasty. It was a bittersweet meal, as we went around and shared some of our memories from the trip and what we learned and would take back with us.

After lunch we went back to attempt to pack a bit.. I didn't really pack toooo much. I packed a little and then continued to binge Love Island, since it was really the last day I would be able to watch it.
We then met back up to walk into town for a last dinner together. We were trying to go to Zizzi - the pizza place I mentioned in an earlier blog - but I don't know honestly.. the lady seemed super stressed and said they were really busy even though they looked very not busy and they were sold out of a lot and just gave us this really long unnecessary explanation so we were like okay and just went down the street to Giraffe. Healthy was not a thought in my mind as I chose my meal that night - the Ultimate Giraffe Burger, a burger with two patties, lettuce, tomato, Giraffe special sauce, and I added jalapeños. It was soooo good though and really hit the spot for a last meal.
We stayed at Giraffe for quite awhile that night too, letting it all sink in and talking about all we had done this past month, and making plans to continue to hang out once we all got back to the States. Once we were all finished up, we began our last walk back from town and said a little goodbye to Guildford. On to packing everything that I procrastinated earlier...
